Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Tubia (Canadian actor) is known for playing the role of a fantasy character on Freeform's series Shadowhunters and Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda e Voltea to be enamored. Also a dancer, she is a model. She hails from Montreal, but grew up and attended school in Texas. Her passion for performing has been with her since the age of a child. She has been training in various dance styles from the time she was a child. When she was 15 years old, she began taking part in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame after in 2008, she appeared as a contestant in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty competition.
